The worst time of year is Christmas when they are everywhere. Then I am craving them all of the time. I force myself to stop. After a few days the cravings pass and it's over. If I get a sweets craving now, it's usually ice cream and we almost always have some. But that is rare. I rarely snack. Last night I got hungry (which was unusual) after dinner so I ate some mini pretzels. The kids still need their snacks but as long as they aren't the ones that I love.
