The mosquito...but I could argue that isn't an animal. If you want an animal, then it is the snake.
I'm going to go with bears. Those things are vicious and give me a really good excuse NOT to go camping.
Hippos. I feel like I've heard something like that before.
I'll guess a rat or another rodent. Didn't they spread a lot of plagues?
