Recipe Corner: Baked French Fries

We all love French fries and we all know how bad they are for us. Here is a healthy alternative to deep fried French fries. Enjoy!

3 russet potatoes, sliced into ¼ inch strips

Cooking spray

1 teaspoon dry basil

¼ cup parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a medium baking sheet.

2. Arrange potatoes in single layer on baking sheet, skin side down, lightly spray with cooking spray (butter flavor), sprinkle basil, cheese, salt and pepper

3. Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
