Recipe Corner: Pepperoni Caesar Pasta Salad

Now that the grills are being fired up, it’s time to start thinking of some new side dishes. A cold pasta salad is always a great addition on a hot summer day. Enjoy! Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups uncooked medium pasta shells
• 1 cup cubed mozzarella cheese
• 1 (3.25 ounce) package sliced pepperoni, quartered
• 1/2 cup fresh broccoli florets
• 1/2 cup prepared Caesar salad dressing

Directions

1. Cook the pasta according to package directions. In a large bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, pepperoni and broccoli. Drain pasta and rinse in cold water; add to the pepperoni mixture. Drizzle with salad dressing; toss to combine. Refrigerate until serving.

I normally don't really like pasta salads but the ingredients in that one look great!
