What Do You Collect?

Most people I know collect something even if they don't realize it.  I was never saw myself as a "collector", but recently when I was putting away the clean dishes, I couldn't find room to fit all my mugs.  I have quite the collection of mugs and I love them all.  They all represent a memory of a special vacation or an important time in my kids lives.  Most of my mugs are from Disney World.  Each year when we go, I let my girls help pick one out.  It usually represents what they loved the most that year, so it is a good reminder.  Plus it is fun, searching all the stores for the perfect one.  A few of my mugs are picture mugs.  They have been decorated with the faces of my beautiful children at different ages in their life.  How great is it, that I can have my morning tea while reminiscing?    Here is sampling of my mug collection:

I like your mug collection! I have quite a few of them myself. I only kept a couple out when I moved. The rest are still over in storage. :(

I collect teapots by choice. I just started last year. I saw some at a yard sale and decided I wanted to decorate my house with them!

I collect bookmarks and books, I have way too many of both:)
I also collect post stamps- I'm on BookMooch so I get book packages from all over the world with such interesting post stamps that I just can't throw them away. The most interesting stamps I have are those from distant countries like Japan, New Zealand, Brazil or South Africa.
