Recipe Corner: Easy French Dip Sandwiches

My hubby and I love French dip sandwiches, especially ones made with Steak-ums. Steak-ums make a quick and easy dinner right out of the freezer. I hope you like it. Ingredients

- Steak-ums (3 steaks per sandwich)
- Cheese (Swiss or Provolone works great)
- Hoagie Rolls
- Worcestershire sauce
- Pepper
- Au Jus sauce

Directions

- Cook Steak-ums in skillet with Worcestershire sauce and pepper to taste.
- Meanwhile, start cooking your Au Jus sauce in small saucepan according to directions on packet.
- Layer Hoagies with cheese and steak and microwave for 45 seconds to melt cheese.
- Dip in sauce and enjoy!

Did this for dinner and made some frozen easy fries in microwave for a fast dinner...then dumped au juis over fries as well...it was very good
