Help, I'm Lost!

Okay, so I'm not actually lost...YET.   And I think with your help, I may be able to avoid it.  So typical me doesn't travel too far from home without my hubby.  I'm afraid of getting my girls lost somewhere without cell coverage and never finding our way back.   But with my hubby leaving for several months for work, I figured I need to get a little courage and venture out with the kiddos.  They are going to be missing Daddy like crazy and I want to do as much as I can to help distract them.

So my question for all you wonderful people out there is, What is the best and most reliable GPS out there?  I know I'm a little behind in technology because I may be the last person I know that doesn't have GPS.  So please throw out your ideas and save me from getting lost!

I have heard a lot of bad reviews about Tom Tom brand so I would avoid that. Garmin is a great brand. Walmart has them at a reasonable price. We purchased the lowest price Garmin that Walmart carries about 3 years ago and I go anywhere I want and don't get lost (if I remember to take it with me :) So Garmin gets my vote. It is also extremely easy to use and has many wonderful features.
