My family loves Mexican food. I think my husband would be happy to eat tacos every night of the week. I’ve come up with several alternatives to tacos, but that still use taco seasoned meat. This recipe is a little different for him, but he still enjoyed it. And don’t forget to contact me if you are interested in having your blog and your yummy recipe featured in a Fabulous Food Friday Post.
