Anti Monkey Butt Powder and Safari Towels Review and Giveaway

Have you ever heard of the term "Monkey Butt" before?  No???  Well, "Monkey Butt" is the slang term for the soreness, itching, and redness that affects one's backside as the result of friction and sweat.  If you ride your bike long distances, ride a motorcycle, run marathons, work in construction, or even practice long and hard for your favorite sport, you may have experienced "Monkey Butt" in the past.   But you don't have to suffer any longer.  With Anti Monkey Butt Powder you can work hard without the lingering discomfort.

The founders of Anti Monkey Butt Powder include a health professional and a heavy equipment operator who are both dirt bike riders and racers.  Over the years they tried a variety of products to prevent "Money Butt." None of the available products however, lived up to their expectations for comfort, relief of soreness or easy availability.  So instead of suffering, they decided to develop their own product.  Anti Monkey Butt Powder differs from other powders for sale because it contains calamine and talc which gives a cooling sensation instead of a burning one.

You can buy Anti Monkey Butt Powder in its Original form or you can grab Lady Anti Monkey Butt and say Good-bye to Chafed Thighs! Lady Anti Monkey Butt Powder is specially formulated with patented satiny smooth powder to minimize the frictional discomfort that women often experience when using exercise equipment, running, driving, cycling or just walking. Its unique ingredients work quickly to absorb sweat and provide cooling effective relief of irritation on the inner thighs and other areas of the skin prone to rubbing.   I have loved using it before I go for a long bike ride.  And my girls loved using it after going to the beach.  Nothing better after spending four hours with piles of sand scratching you under your bathing suit, except maybe our new Safari Towels from the creators of Anti Monkey Butt Powder.  My kids spent most of the time at the beach sitting in the sand.  Before I would let them get back in the car for our 30 minute drive home, I whipped out a Safari Towel and cleaned them down.  Safari Towels are pre-moistened towels that are big and rugged. They are disposable like baby wipes, but big enough to clean yourself head to toe and tough enough so they won't tear or shred.  These towels are perfect for the long car trips or camping excursions.

The Anti Monkey Butt team proudly supports the US Military.  For every bottle of Anti Monkey Butt purchased on our website between now and September 30, Anti Monkey Butt will donate $1 to Veteran Outdoors PLUS send a free Anti Monkey Butt product to a soldier serving our country through The Hugs Project.

Win it:  Thanks to the generous people from Anti Monkey Butt, one lucky reader of Between the Lines will win their choice of powders and a pack of Safari Towels.  Simply visit Anti Monkey Butt and let me know which product you would love to try.    Please leave your email address so that I can contact you if you win!

North Carolina Vacation: Day Two and Three

Our Vacation Fun continues as we head to the beach for a day of sun and sand.  Due to some medicines I am taking, I'm not really suppose to be in the sun, so I took photos and videos from my chair under a huge umbrella.  Not as fun as splashing in the ocean, but I had a great time watching my girls have the time of their lives.
Day three of vacation was a HOT one.  So instead of heading back to the beach, we took the girls to a Children's Museum to let them play and explore.  They had fun shooting oranges out of a cannon, putting on a puppet show at the circus, cooking up some food at the diner, acting as a dentist to the local dinosaurs, and taking care of some teddy bears at the hospital.

Kidorable Giveaway (With Discount Code)

“In 1997, Kidorable sprung from the minds, hearts and efficiency apartment of Liping and Jonathan Domsky. They proclaimed, "The world needs someone to create children's apparel and accessories that are both functional and fun. We can do that."”   And they did just that.  Kidorable is a fun company that sells umbrellas, raincoats, rain boots, backpacks, Hooded Towels, scarves, Decorative Hangers, and much more!  All of their items are designed in fun themes for both boys and girls.

My girls love their Butterfly Raincoat and Umbrella.  The raincoat is a perfect fit for my older daughter and is so well made that I know my younger daughter will be using it in a few years.  And they both love the look of matching their umbrella and raincoat.   If butterflies aren’t for your kids, check out all their other great themes.  Our favorites were the fairies, mermaids, lotus flower, and lady bug.  But we have a house full of girls.  If you have some handsome young men in your house, they may love the frog, dinosaur, fire truck, or pirates.

Are you looking for a way to get your kiddos to clean up their rooms?   Kidorable has the cutest set of hangers that will make cleaning fun.  Look at the set of frog hangers above.  These sturdy wooden hangers are hand painted and hand-carved.  They will help make chores a little more fun.  These quality hangers come in two sizes, newborn to two years, and ages three to six.  Kidorable is offering a great new promotion.  Even better, you can get 20% off your entire order when you purchase their impossibly cute Kidorable Hanger Sets. From July 25 through August 8, just use coupon code CLEAN33 at checkout on www.kidorable.com.

Buy it: Buy your own Kidorable items today!  Prices range from around $11.50 - $45.00.

North Carolina Vacation: Day One

Yesterday was our first day of vacation in North Carolina. The girls and I had a great time with my mother-in-law, while my husband and his Dad went golfing. Our adventure started with a short 20 minutes ride to the ocean. From there, we took a ferry to Fort Fisher. The girls had a blast riding the ferry. They loved the feel of the wind in their face and the water splashing their legs.

After the ferry ride, we went to explore the Fort Fisher Aquarium.  They made friends with a quail and an alligator.  They played hide and seek with some seahorses.  And they tried to tickle some horseshoe crabs.

All in all....A great first day!
