Ever since I tried a Tuscan salad at Houlihans a few weeks back, I am obsessed with goat cheese. I can't believe that I've never tried it before. I guess the name just isn't very appealing, so I avoided it. But now that I'm hooked, I wanted to share with you all a salad I made for lunch today. Very yummy. I've never tried it! This sounds delicious though.
Yummy...I love just about all salads...well, except Southwestern...a little too spicy for old women!! HA! HA!
