With the apple harvest approaching, it is time to pull out our Fall recipes.  Nothing makes a house smell better than fresh bread and pies baking in the oven.  I hope you enjoy this yummy recipe! :)

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups apples - peeled, cored, and coarsely chopped
