Recipe Corner: Mexican Soup

I know most of you are trying to find some way to stay warm through the freezing temperature and the occasional snow shower.  Lately, I've been drinking about 5 cups of hot teat a day just to keep my body semi-warm.  On cold days, nothing tastes better than a hot bowl of soup for dinner.  I hope you enjoy this easy to make Zesty Mexican soup!

Ingredients
2cups cubed cooked chicken
1can (14 oz)  chicken broth
1can (11.5 oz) vegetable juice cocktail
1can (15.5 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
1cup  salsa (any flavor)
1can (4.5 oz) chopped green chiles
1/4cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 can light red kidney beans

Directions
1.In 3-quart saucepan, mix all ingredients except cilantro. Heat to boiling over medium-high heat.
2.Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. Stir in cilantro.
