Chris Brogan Challenge : Empower Your Best Customers

As I was sitting in a lonely hotel room, waiting for my husband to get out of work, I was searching the web for new ideas for my blog. During my search, I came across a guy named Chris Brogan, author of Social Media 101 and coauthor of Trust Agents. Mr. Brogan had made a list of 100 blog topics that he hoped “I” would write about. Many of his ideas fit me perfectly, while others I’m not really sure what they are. In all my boredom, I decided to challenge myself to write about all 100 of his topics. This won’t be easy, since some of the topics are a big question mark to me, but a little research never hurt anyone. Figuring in the fact that I don’t write real posts on the weekend, this challenge will be 100% successful if I complete it in 20 weeks. So let’s begin…Day Thirteen – Topic Thirteen(trying to keep up)!

This topic obviously doesn’t fit me at all. For those of you who know me, you know I am a stay at home mom, and therefore, no customers to empower (unless you count my kids, you I do live and breathe to serve them). However, if I twist it up a bit, and pretend my blog is business, then maybe I could work on a few things. Every blog has a few completely devoted readers. They are the readers who stop by everyday just to see what you’ve posted. They may or may not comment each day, but you know they read what you wrote. Now that my blog has taken a new direction and I’m hosting giveaways, I think I have a way to help my devoted readers. A few days before or after I post a giveaway, I could sneak a code word into a post. The first few folks that email me the code will receive bonus entries into the upcoming giveaway. This added bonus would be a nice way of rewarding my loyal readers. Well, no point in waiting for the next post…The first two people to email me the word Staycee, will receive 15 bonus entries into the Guy and Eva Giveaway. I just have to follow any one that refers to God as "awesome'
I’ve enjoyed looking over your blog. I came across it through another blog I follow, and I’m glad I did. I am now a follower of yours as well. Feel free to look over my blog and perhaps become one as well.
